Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between cckk and every player who uses the platform.
These Terms & Conditions ("T&C", "Terms", or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and cckk ("Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the cckk platform at cckk.ws, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with cckk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the cckk platform.
cckk operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform accessible to eligible players. The platform offers cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, fishing games, and related entertainment products. All products are made available for entertainment purposes only and are intended exclusively for adults aged 21 and above. cckk does not make any representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside of its operational scope. It is each player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the cckk platform complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. Players must satisfy themselves that they are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities before registering and depositing.

1. Eligibility
Requirements that every player must satisfy to create and maintain a cckk account.
cckk is strictly an adult platform. No person under the age of 21 years may register, deposit, play, or in any way access cckk products. By creating an account you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. cckk reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. If it is determined that a player is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawals forfeited, and any winnings voided. cckk cooperates fully with responsible gaming organisations to prevent underage gambling. Players must be 21 years of age or older to use any cckk product.
By using cckk, you represent and warrant that online gaming activities are not prohibited under any applicable law in your jurisdiction. It is solely your responsibility to ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and restrictions that apply to online gambling in your location. cckk accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited. Players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar all bear individual responsibility for their own legal compliance.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on cckk. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name, address, email, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying information, is strictly prohibited. cckk uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, cckk reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all winnings, cancel all active bonuses, and permanently ban the player from the platform without prior notice.
2. Account Registration and Management
Your obligations when creating and operating a cckk account.
You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and at any time cckk requests updated information from you. cckk reserves the right to verify all registration details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses. You must promptly update your account information if any detail changes.
cckk is required to verify the identity of all players before processing first withdrawals. The KYC process may require you to provide a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. cckk may request KYC documents at any time, including before a player has requested a withdrawal, if cckk has reasonable grounds to verify identity. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by cckk may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your cckk username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party, including individuals claiming to represent cckk. cckk will never ask for your password via live chat, email, telephone, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cckk immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
Rules governing all financial transactions on the cckk platform.
cckk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred Bangladeshi Taka). There is no maximum deposit limit for fully KYC-verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred Bangladeshi Taka). cckk does not charge any fee on deposits or withdrawals. Your mobile wallet provider may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside cckk's control. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes to two (2) hours during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. cckk aims to process all withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of submission under all circumstances. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. cckk reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or terms violation.
Player funds deposited to a cckk account are held separately from cckk's operational funds and are used exclusively for player wagering, bonus play, and player withdrawals. cckk does not use player funds for corporate purposes. In the event of any operational dispute, player funds are treated as a priority liability. Funds that remain unclaimed in a dormant account for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳50 per month after prior written notification to the registered email address.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
Terms that apply to all bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers at cckk.
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits offered by cckk are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms and conditions. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, the default rollover is 20x the bonus amount. Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified; expired bonuses are forfeited automatically. cckk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
The cckk welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method applies. The welcome bonus is credited automatically following the qualifying deposit and is subject to the wagering requirement and any other conditions specified at the time of the promotion. The welcome bonus is not available to players who have previously held a cckk account, regardless of whether that account was closed voluntarily or by cckk. Abuse or attempted abuse of the welcome bonus, including the use of multiple accounts to claim it more than once, will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.
cckk defines bonus abuse as any behaviour intended to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming intent to meet wagering requirements; using betting strategies or game patterns that cckk determines to constitute low-risk wagering designed to circumvent rollover conditions; and collusion with other players for the purpose of wagering bonus funds against each other. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, cckk will void all associated winnings, remove all bonus funds, and may close the player's account permanently.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Actions that are strictly prohibited on the cckk platform and that may result in account closure.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cckk and will result in immediate account suspension and permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities where warranted: using any software, bot, script, or automation tool to interact with the cckk platform; colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game; using exploits, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities knowingly; engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the cckk platform as a conduit for illegal funds; making chargebacks or disputed payment claims in bad faith; and any other form of cheating, fraud, or deception directed at cckk or other players.
Players must use the cckk platform solely for its intended purpose of personal entertainment. The following uses are prohibited: accessing or attempting to access another player's account; reselling, sublicensing, or transferring account access to any third party; using the platform for commercial purposes, including operating a betting agency or syndicate; posting, transmitting, or distributing any content through cckk channels that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; and attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or damage the cckk platform, its servers, or its network infrastructure in any way.
6. Responsible Gaming and Account Closure
cckk's obligations and your options regarding responsible gaming tools and account management.
cckk provides all registered players with access to responsible gaming tools including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and self-exclusion (minimum 6 months, up to permanent). These tools are accessible from your account settings after login. cckk encourages all players to use these tools proactively. If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your daily life, your finances, or your personal relationships, please activate self-exclusion immediately or contact the cckk support team at [email protected]. cckk's support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all Bangladesh public holidays.
You may request the closure of your cckk account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any eligible funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and a final account review. Bonus funds and winnings derived from incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. You may re-register after a voluntarily closed account, subject to a 30-day waiting period, unless the account was closed as part of a self-exclusion request, in which case the self-exclusion period applies.
cckk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it determines, acting reasonably, that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, provided false registration information, failed to complete KYC verification, or where account activity presents a risk to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed by cckk due to confirmed terms breach, all balances and pending winnings may be forfeited. Where account closure is precautionary and no breach is subsequently confirmed, eligible funds will be returned within 14 business days.
All cckk players are encouraged to approach gaming as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties. cckk promotes responsible gaming and is committed to providing tools that help players stay in control. 7. Governing Law, Disputes, and Amendments
How disputes are handled and how these Terms may be changed over time.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the jurisdiction in which cckk operates. cckk and the player will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting cckk's support team at [email protected]. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter through formal written correspondence. cckk aims to resolve all player complaints fairly, promptly, and in good faith. All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and must include the player's registered username, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.
cckk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cckk will provide notice to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the cckk platform. Changes take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the cckk platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The version of the Terms displayed on cckk.ws at any given time is the version currently in force.
